Can I purchase show only tickets or just come for dinner?
All tickets include both dinner and the show. If you only wish to come for the show and are not interested in dinner, again you are more than welcome to join us for the show after the dinner service, but we do not offer a show only price.
What's the deal with VIP?
The VIP tickets include Priority Seating at one of two VIP tables directly in front of the stage, priority dinner service and a complimentary house beverage on arrival!
What time do we need to arrive/service start/show start/end?
We ask that all guests arrive for dinner no later than 6:30pm.
The doors open and we begin check in at 6:00pm, giving us a comfortable amount of time to get everyone seated and settled and an opportunity to order a beverage before we start.
With a 10 minute grace period to get everyone in, we typically give an official welcome by 6.40pm and will let you know how the evening will roll out and give you all necessary information about dinner etc.
The show starts at 8:30pm. Tribute shows usually have two sets with an intermission and typically end about 10:15 pm.
The Crazy Señoritas Drag Show runs about 90 minutes with no intermission.
How does seating work?
Tables outside of the VIP Section are pre-assigned based on date of ticket purchase, so arriving early will not determine your table.
The tables are typically set up for 8-12 people depending on groups etc, so you will be joining others and making friends!
The tables are assigned in advance, but not the chairs so arriving early could give you the advantage of choosing your chair.
We will accommodate to the best of our abilities any seating requests made in advance, but we cannot guarantee positioning at your table.
How do we make special seating and dietary requests?
You can email us, phone or stop by the box office and we will add your request to your booking and confirm. There is also an option when booking online to make your requests, but if you're unsure, just contact us!
How do we order drinks/can we run a tab?
When you arrive, you will be checked in at the door and escorted to your table. There is a server assigned to each table. They will greet you, ask you how you would like to organize your bill and assign you a check number and give you a ticket. They will take your drink and food orders, as well and close out your tab when you are ready to do so.This way your group can have separate bills easily! If you wish to order drinks at the bar, please note our bartender is usually very busy for the first part of the evening so it will not necessarily be faster. They are more than happy to serve you at the bar, but you will need to either pay cash or bring them your assigned bill number.

Dinner service for the All You Can Eat BBQ is very simple. Everything will come to your table, all you need to do is eat and ask for more of what you love!
If you have made a special dietary request prior to the show it will be taken care of. Please note that all dietary requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance for us to prepare a suitable option for you. If you tell us at the time of service, we will do our very best to accommodate you, but can make no guarantees.
Can we order extra food, take out etc?
We prepare food for the amount of tickets sold and with the intention of making sure everyone gets all they can eat while also aiming for little waste. We do not allow take out or to go containers for this style of dining, so make sure you come hungry!
What happens if it rains?
As an open air venue, we rely on the good weather here in Bucerias to carry out our events! Occasionally we are thwarted by rain. If it does rain and we need to cancel the show, we will make a decision no later than 4 pm based on the current weather forecast and notify everyone via the email or phone number provided to book the tickets. There is a margin for error with this, as not everyone gives this information, checks their emails or phone while on vacation etc. Please be aware that our online ticketing company is not based here, so may not have the most current information on what is happening at our venue and with the weather the day of the show. You will need to contact Luna Lounge directly with any questions or concerns before heading to the venue. If a show is cancelled in advance, or if we do not see rain in the forecast and rain comes during a show, we will honour all tickets with a date exchange or refund. As many of our artists travel here to perform and most of our shows sell out, we cannot guarantee ticket exchange to the same show but are happy to exchange your tickets to anything that is available.
